My First Prepared Speech

Last Tuesday,
I had done my FIRST EVER
PROJECT SPEECH
in Toastmasters.

THAT was INSANE!!!

I can't believe that I made it.

Before that,

I was already drafted out my first speech.

I even use online stopwatch to practice my time taken.

( Although almost exceed the time limit.)

Then I practiced a few more times

to ensure

I won't be a statue in front of the audience.

Until the day of the meeting,

my teeth were trembling,

my hands were sweating,

and my heart was pumping rapidly.

And one more thing

for the Ice Breaker project

it was never mind to use notes

since this was the first speech.

Yet,

initially I want to make one.....

due the note made was too XXXX....

therefore I speak without the notes.

(It wasn't a bad fact.)

After the first two speakers were done,

now it's SHOW TIME.

At that moment,

I told myself

" Let everyone see what you got! Go impress them"

BLAR BLAR BLAR.......

In the end

the comments that I got were positive 

There are several things which can be improved

like more eye contact

try not to hold tight my hands like the vocalists

and do talk more about my family background or my dislikes or other info.

For this week, I choose " I'll Remember".

I will always remember this day.
