Toastmasters Leadership Institute- Club Officer Training (Round 1)

Yesterday,

we attended a Club Officer training

which organized by the

TLI

As a new EXCO of Toastmasters Club,

you should attend this training.

At the same time,

members are also be encouraged to participate.

The training starts with a small drama

which performed by our 2 division governors

All of us kinda 

amazed and entertained

After the opening,

all of the club officers had been classified

according to their area with their respective Area Governor (AG).

Through the break-up sessions,

I learnt a lot of things regarding

how to build a dynamic club

my role as a club officer

connecting people

etc.

What I surprised

was

the last two sections

Firstly,

all of us have to make at least 10 friends

and

get their contact details.

After we took pen and paper,

the whole room suddenly become very crowded

everyone were squeezing and couldn't wait meet new people

Even though I was shy

also met at least 10 toastmasters

It truly shown one of the principle of being a toastmaster

which is

they are always friendly and respect to each other.

Secondly,

it the closing ceremony

whereby our division governors

once again do a significant move

LIKE A BASKETBALL TEAM

Put your hands on the others

and said

"             STAR STAR STAR            "

WE ARE THE STARS

LEADING TO STAR PERFORMANCE

lastly with a HI-5.

Anyway,

I had been motivated a lot through this

TLI COT 1 training

and I looking forward for

ROUND 2
