December To Remember - Toastmasters Meeting (Special Occasion)

Since December is the last month of the year,

 I would like to present to you

"December To Remember" series

TO CHERISH THE HAPPY MOMENTS OF THE YEAR 

The first time I would like to share is

TOASTMASTERS MEETINGS

SPECIAL OCCASION EDITION

There are lots of festivals happened in a year

From the earliest New Year Celebration

To Valentine's Day

Then Mother's and Father's Day

Moving on to the Halloween

And ended with Christmas

And of course

Your BIRTHDAY is also a festival in a year.

First special occasion themed meeting that I went

was

HELP University Toastmasters Club
10th Anniversary Meeting

Theme: "Growing Older"

Date: 5th October 2013

There are lots of Toastmasters Clubs has founded

in October

including my club

Taylor's College Toastmasters Club

founded in 2 October 2012

At the same month,

Taylor's College Sri Hartamas Toastmasters Club

had officially chartered in 5 October this year.

(Happy Birthday to all the Clubs in October > <)

That was my first special occasion meeting.

What makes the meeting so special for the club

was

firstly they replaced the normal table session

into game session

(Had the essence of impromptu speaking)

whereby all the guest and member are involved.

I still remember one of them is
the "Story-teller"

we have to create a word/sentence in relay manner

in the end to form a complete story.

Then,

they are giving out gifts to all the guests that involved

like a Christmas Day

The meeting ended with a white, creamy birthday cake for the club.

Everybody started get cream on their face

Hope that HUTMC will march to its next 10 years
