December To Remember - Toastmasters Meeting (Special Occasion) 3

Since is December,
also don't forget about one of the most important festivals of the year
Christmas!!!

Therefore
I going to share with you
how to celebrate Christmas
in TM's way.

The Toastmaster Christmas themed Meeting that I went
was
orgranized by both
Sunway TMC and Subang TMC.
THEME : Christmas
TIME : 7:30 pm
VENUE : REAL Education Group Building, Subang Jaya

I came to the venue kinda early,
along with my friends,
Desmond and Yuen Ying.
The place was not even opened
after the person who in charge came.
We work together to set up the venue,
( maybe the job of SAA already in my DNA, hehe XP)

Again,
Another great meeting place had discovered
And took some of the photo
They have huge space,
Small pantry,
Stage
Whiteboard and also plugs
(From the floor to the ceiling, literally)

What makes me unforgettable about this meeting
is the gift exchange session
and the feast.
First served with various of Domino's pizzas
followed by a HUGE Turkey.
(Oo-la-la..., check out that huge turkey that all of us had)

The atmosphere there was exact the Christmas that foreign people had.
I was so astounded by their generosity and spirit of Christmas
even though I didn't prepare some gifts at the first time.

 During the meeting,
again
I tried a table topics,
because first for preparation of contest,
second have to be always in best condition in term of speaking.

Furthermore,
there are some funny moments as
I supposed to talk about what are the items I will take if tomorrow is doomsday
in the end,
my face had frozen and my evaluator said
try to use more appropriate expression  to describe.
That's kinda fun.

At the same time,
I witnessed some of the good speakers in the project speech session.
There is guy who introduced himself through ice breaking
Some quoted from William Shakespeare's poem
"Life's Brief Candle"
Also someone who encouraged us to donate our organ
as a gift of life to the people who needed.
And ended with a gratitude toast
to an Iron Lady who worked hard in an event.

That's concluded my Christmas Version of Toastmasters Meeting.
Can't wait for the next Special Occassion Meeting.
